Justice, Health Equity and Reducing the Digital Divide...the 2021 Canadian Collaborative Mental Health Care Conference

2021 CANADIAN COLLABORATIVE

MENTAL HEALTH CARE CONFERENCE

JUSTICE, HEALTH EQUITY, AND
REDUCING THE DIGITAL DIVIDE
OCTOBER 19-23, 2021

This year, the Canadian Collaborative Mental Health Care Conference will again be partnering with the Collaborative Family Healthcare Association, our sister organization in the U.S., to present a joint conference. The conference will offer more than 90 breakout sessions representing a diverse blend of topics and clinical, research, administrative, policy, or training issues.  It is our goal to bring innovative and inspiring topics to our audiences.

The conference will include programming in innovative areas of collaborative and integrated healthcare, especially highlighting (though not limited to) the following:

Socioeconomic, racial, and other inequities in healthcare with paths to move forward

• Actionable steps to bring equitable healthcare to all

• Telehealth sustainability and leveraging the virtual platform to reduce disparity.

More information about the conference is available on our conference page as well as on the CFHA website.  If you have any questions, please contact Jackie Poor Hahn at jhahn@cfha.net.

We look forward to a great conference that starts tomorrow!

We welcome persons with lived experience and have bursaries to ensure there are no barriers to your participation!

If you are a paying registrant your registration "Pays it forward" ensuring inclusivity and diversity in engaging this topic. Thank you!
